Wales Rally GB 2007
Petter ended 4th in Wales Rally GB 2007. The rally was won by Mikko Hirvonen, but he scared us all, including himself, when he went off on the final stage of the rally. But he managed to get on driving and secured his first win in Wales. Markus Grønholm, who earlier said Wales Rally GB was his last rally, ended in second place. Sebastien Loeb ended 3rd, but that was enough to give him the World Rally Champion 2007.

Well Petter and Phil, the end of the season is here and you finished with two “almost” incident free rallies, which is a huge improvement on behalf of the car from earlier in the year. We now look forward to a new season, and hopefully a brilliant successful season for you and the team… Hope you can have some fun time with your families now, you deserve it… xxx
Not the best season – but it’s not your fault. Two clean rallies in a row as Eileen said, which bodes well for the first few next year with the 2007 Impreza, and hopefully a potential championship winning car introduced in Mexico – correct me if I’m wrong?
With Marcus sadly gone, it does however bring benfits as Peter can now push forward, knowing he is arguably the best gravel driver in the championship now.
