Du har akkurat klart noe som på papiret ikke skal gå an! Du har klatret til pallen på egenhånd, med en snart 8 år gammel bil, og et team på 11!
Vi som har fulgt nøye med på tidene dine, også i de senere (resultatsvake) årene, når det gjelder enkelt etapper og spessielt splitter, vet hva du er god for! Men nå: Endelig kan folk se at du er HELT i toppen, blant verdens rallyførere!

You beat Sordo, works Citroen driver to a podium place in a privately entered 3 year old spec’d Xsara – that’s the sort of tales you hear of the ‘good old days’ of rallying. What a result for the whole team.
It’s a while since you’ve both been on the podium – this will silence the critics and confirm that it was the car holding you back. Shows how lucky Loeb has been to stick with a dominant car.
Enjoy the celebrations and let’s have at least one win this year guys!!

Føltes godt å være “hjemme” igjen, Petter?
Føltes ihvertfall VELDIG godt for oss som frenetisk har forsvart din VM-tittel og hevda det var bilen og ikke DEG som ikke helt hang med lenger…
Men nå FORVENTER vi flere pallplasser framover, og om litt også en MODERNE bil, eller hur? ;-)(Selv om akkurat JEG skal være den siste til å snakke stygt om gamle Citroener!)

Amazing result! I hope you get to drive along side Loeb in the other works C4. You absolutly stuffed Sordo on the gravel stages!! You are the only one who could challenge Loebs dominance at the moment (but you’d have to be in the other C4).
